Seasonal Safety
Keeping Your Toddler Safe All Year Round

Your toddler might begin to recognize the change of seasons, and to look forward to holidays and special events. He might want to help you decorate, bake, or rake leaves, shovel snow, or tend the garden. These tasks might take you extra time with a toddler, but he will enjoy "helping" and seeing what you are doing.

Click on the seasons and hoildays to the left, to learn more about ways to keep your toddler safe all year.

Remember, your toddler is more likely to be hurt when you are both out of normal routines - in someone else's home, doing things you don't often do, in new places.

Take extra care when visiting and trying new activities with your toddler.
