Your toddler might begin to recognize the change of seasons, and to look forward to holidays and special events. He might want to help you decorate, bake, or rake leaves, shovel snow, or tend the garden. These tasks might take you extra time with a toddler, but he will enjoy "helping" and seeing what you are doing.
