Nova Scotia
Everyone (all ages) who rides a bike, uses in-line skates, scooters or skateboards is required to wear a helmet. The police can issue an expensive ticket for not wearing a helmet in Nova Scotia.

As of November 2012, it will be required by law to wear a ski or snowboard helmet for all ages, when skiing or snowboarding at any ski hill in Nova Scotia.

 
New Brunswick
It is mandatory for everyone to wear a helmet when riding a bike. The police can give a fine for not wearing a helmet while cycling in New Brunswick.
