The Child Passenger Safety Association of Canada (CPSAC) provides a national, up-to-date Child Passenger Safety Technician (CPST) training program.
CPSAC has grown since its inception and now has over 1,200 members across Canada including over 230 right here in the Maritimes! Technicians and Instructors are reaching parents, caregivers, health care providers, law enforcement and many others through numerous channels of education and outreach.
Child Safety Link offers the CPSAC Child Passenger Safety Technician course (3 days), and training for experienced technicians to become instructors of the program. For those who have had previous training through ITSA/the Cooperators:
- Monday, May 15 – 1-day refresher/transfer course in Charlottetown (Cornwall)
- Friday, May 19 – 1-day refresher/transfer course in Alberton
For those who wish to take the complete 3-day training:
- May 16, 17, 18 (Tues, Wed, Thurs) – 3-day course in Charlottetown (Cornwall)
