Training Opportunities 


Child Safety Link has developed a 3-hour workshop for access workers, social workers and drivers. The objective of this workshop is to provide the education and support for participants to be able to: 

This workshop includes a powerpoint presentation, hands-on practice, resources for participants and follow up support.

In order to deliver this workshop, an individual must be certified as a Child Passenger Safety Technician.

Technician Training:


Child Safety Link supports Child Passenger Safety Technician training opportunities throughout the Maritimes.  Help parents and caregivers choose and use car seats and booster seats safely.  Lead workshops for nurses or for community services staff.
